An undergraduate qualification in Management of Training/ Human Resource Development/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector). Knowledge: Public Financial Management (PFMA) Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Act (PSA). Skills. Communication. Computer Literacy. Time management. Negotiation. Presentation. Problem Solving. Planning and Organizing. Report Writing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Learnership and internships functions program. Implement bursary programs. Provide induction and orientation programs in the fund. Implementation of human resource development and workplace skills plan programs (AET, MDP). Assist in implementation of business training.
