Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Groco Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made to your card.
Refunds
Pro Monthly (R49/month):Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of your initial subscription, if you believe Groco hasn't worked as advertised. No refunds for partial months after the first payment.
Pro Annual (R499/year): Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial subscription. After the 14-day window, no refunds are issued for unused months.
All refund requests should be sent to justingroom98@gmail.com with your Paystack payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Disputes
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or your Pro access isn't working, please email justingroom98@gmail.com first so we can resolve it directly. We're committed to fair treatment of every paying customer. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, you may escalate via Paystack's dispute process.
Subscription renewals
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days at R49 until cancelled. Annual subscriptions auto-renew every 365 days at R499 until cancelled. Failed renewal payments will be retried by Paystack. If payment cannot be collected, Pro access will end at the conclusion of your last paid billing period.
