An undergraduate qualification in Management Services/ Production Management/ Operations Management / Industrial Engineering/ Work-Study/ Industrial and organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector). Knowledge: Organizational Development relating prescription. Change Management strategy. Business Processes related prescripts. Skills: Communication. Computer Literacy. Time Management. Negotiation. Presentation. Problem Solving. Planning and Organization. Report writing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform organizational design services in the Fund. Develop, review and update Business Processes and SOP’s for Fund. Provide support in change management initiatives within the Fund.
