An undergraduate qualification in Information Technology/ Computer Science / Information Systems/ Informatics / Computer Systems Engineering at NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector). Knowledge: State Information Technology Agency (SITA) Processes. Infrastructure and Network Architecture Design. Electronic Communication Transaction Act. Electronic Document Management System. Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS). Skills: Communication (Witten and Verbal). Presentation. Computer Literacy. Analytical. Problem Solving. Report Writing. Planning and Organizing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide desktop support and computer systems. Prepare hardware and workstation support for users. Provide support in maintaining maximum access of Technology equipment. Support functioning of technology.
