An undergraduate qualification in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems / Informatics / Computer Systems Engineering at NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector). Knowledge: Protection of Personal Information (POPIA). Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). Electronic Communication and Transactions Act (ECTA). Cybercrimes Act. National Archives and Records Services Act Skills: Communications (Written and Verbal). Presentation. Computer Literacy. Analytical. Problem Solving. Report Writing. Planning and Organizing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support in Process Improvement through systems implementation. Participate in customizing Business Application processes. Provide support in Business Application processes. Provide support in gathering and document Business Application improvement requirements.
