Internship: Employee Performance Management

Requirements

An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Public Management/ Public Administration / Human Resource Development/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private Knowledge: Human Resource Management. Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). Performance Management System (PMS). Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Act (PSA). Skills: Time Management. Communication. Computer Literacy. Interpersonal. Planning and Organizing.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation of Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) for the Fund. Render support to the Fund’s Performance Structures. Participate in the capturing of Performance Management documents on PERSAL. Assist in providing Performance and Development System advice and guidance.
