Requirements

An undergraduate qualification in Financial Accounting/ Cost and Management Accounting/ Financial Management at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme (for both public and private sector). Knowledge: Public Service Act and Regulations. Basic Conditions of Employment Act Labour Relations Act. Generally Recognised Accounting Principles (GRAP). Relevant Financial Systems HR System (PERSAL). Skills: Computer Literacy, Communications. Interpersonal. Analytical Skills, Time Management. Accounting Report Writing. Creative. Financial Management. Planning and Organising.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and payment of internal and external invoices within 30 days of receipt by the Fund. Provision of administrative support for petty cash EFT. Reconciliation of the Accounts Payable sub-module against the general ledger. Processing and payment of DEL claims.
