A qualification at NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA in Public Administration/ Public Management/ Business Administration. One (1) year functional experience in Public Employment Services / Administration Services. Knowledge: Social Plan Guidelines. ILO Conventions. PEA Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Render human resources management functions for the PES business unit. Provide support for the budget administration of the PES business unit. Consolidate monthly and quarterly statistics for the PES business unit. Perform general administration to compliance and audit functions of the PES business.
