Requirements

NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.A qualification/s in Human Resource Management / Development / Public Management / Public Administration / Management of Training will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Performance Management and Development environment or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities. Knowledge and skills: Knowledge: Human Resource Management. Basic conditions of Employment. Performance Management System (PMS). Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
