Requirements
An appropriate (3-year) undergraduate NQF 6 in Human Resource Management/ Public Management/ Administration as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Establishment environment. Computer Literacy. Practical working knowledge of PERSAL or any HRM related system. A good knowledge and understanding of legal framework governing Human Resources. A Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel is essential. Knowledge of Education Sector will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Render support in HR Planning & Provisioning services. Maintain files and records in the office for post provisioning for all districts. Developing HRP related submissions. Creating components, posts and abolishment. Creation of Acting Allowances. Loading of matrix. Render all PERSAL functions in relation to establishment matters. Administer staff establishment on PERSAL. Loading of Organizational structure and Post Provisioning Norms on PERSAL.
