Requirements

NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA. A qualification/s in Human Resource Management / Public Administration / Public Management will be an added advantage. Certificate PERSAL. Minimum of 01 - 02 years’ relevant experience in the Record Management environment or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities. Knowledge and skills: Problem – solving and analysis. Programme & Project Management. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service Regulatory Framework. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Planning and organizing skills. Functional Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook). 149

Key Responsibilities

Provide for provisioning of Human Resource provisioning. Monitor the provisioning of personnel for the Employment of Educators and Public Service Acts Staff. Monitor the recruitment of both the Employment of Educators and Public Service Acts staff. Monitor the transfers of Employment of Educators and Public Service Acts Staff. Monitor the secondment of Employment of Educators and Public Service Acts Staff. Processing grade progression and translation in ranks for Employment of Educators and Public Service Acts Staff.
