Requirements

NQF level 6 qualifications as recognised by SAQA. A qualification in Human Resource Management / Development / Public Administration/Public Management will be an added advantage. Minimum of 01 - 02 years’ relevant experience in the Human Resource Development environment or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities. Knowledge and skills: Problem – solving and analysis. Programme & Project Management. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service regulatory and legislative Framework. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Planning and organising skills. Functional Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook). Good interpersonal skills. Planning and organisational skills. Good record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the management and implementation of skills development. Facilitate training development processes and programmers. Assist in conducting skills auditing and reporting. Provide support in the development of Workplace Skills Plan (WSP). Co-ordinate learnerships and internship programmes.
