Requirements

NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.A qualification/s in Human Resource Management / Public Administration / Public Management will be an added advantage. Certificate PERSAL. Minimum of 01 - 02 years’ relevant experience in the Record Management environment or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities. Knowledge and skills: Problem – solving and analysis. Programme & Project Management. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service Regulatory Framework. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Planning and organizing skills. Functional Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the conditions of service for Employment of Educators and Public Service staff. Monitor the capturing and processing of employee benefits (housing allowances, leaves, pensions, overtime, long service awards, etc.) Monitor the termination of staff Update of resignation transactions on electronic database for tracking and the personnel file. Approve / Disapprove conditions of service transactions on PERSAL. Compile monthly statistical reports and management reports.
