Key Responsibilities
Candidates will have to perform commuted overtime duties (compulsory and non-negotiable). Render outreach and support services to other level of care in our drainage areas (Free State Province). Reduce medical litigation by exercising good clinical ethos. Perform clinical governance and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements with FSDoH, OHSC, HPCSA, CMSA and UFS. Medical Administration: Perform all reasonable duties as directed by the Head of Department/ head of Clinical Unit and Medical Specialist: Critical Care Department. Conducting clinical audits. Monitoring and evaluating of relevant clinical effectiveness indicators.
