Requirements

NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA. A qualification in Labour Relations / Labour Law / Human Resource Management will be an added advantage. Minimum of 01 - 02 years’ relevant experience in Employee Health and Wellness or related field A valid driver’s licence except for people with disabilities. Knowledge and skills: Problem – solving and analysis. Programme & Project Management. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service regulatory and legislative Frameworks. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Planning and organizing skills. Functional Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook). Good interpersonal skills. Planning and organizational skills. Good record keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate misconduct cases. Handle individual and collective complaints, grievances and disputes. Monitor disciplinary hearings. Provide support on the interpretation and implementation of various Labour Relations frameworks. Compile reports.
