Requirements

Recognized three (3) year Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification. Knowledge of PERSAL. 1- 2yrs relevant experience in human resource environment. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Understanding of Public service policies and legislative frameworks. Knowledge of HR policy processes and implementation. In depth understanding of Public Service regulatory framework. Plan, organise, lead and control. Change management. Team leadership. Project management, presentation, conflict management, report writing, training and development, facilitation and training skills. Time management. Confidentiality. Coaching and mentoring.
