NQF level 4. No experience required. No criminal record or any pending cases against you. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and skills: Must be computer literate. Sound organizational skills. Key Responsibilities

Receive telephonic calls, messages and channel to relevant role players. Welcome, receive and direct clients to the office of the executive authority. Provide relevant information as required. Operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers. Liaise with internal and external personnel. Coordinate the diary of the executive authority. Compile appointment schedules for the executive authority. Maintain and control the visitor register.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Furthermore, the recommended candidate will be required to produce his/her SMS Pre-entry certificate as offered by the National School of Governance (NSG) prior to the appointment being made. Preference will be given to female applicants for SMS posts. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments; one will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
