Basic literacy and numeracy (ABET level 3 – Grade 7) or an equivalent appropriate qualification as recognized by SAQA. Minimum of 6 years’ experience required. A valid driver’s licence (with the exception of people with disabilities). Knowledge, Competencies and Skill: Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Time management.
