A B degree (NQF 7), with a legal focus as recognised by SAQA; 5 years’ middle or senior management experience. Competencies: Strategic Management; Change management; Programme and Project Management; People Management; Financial Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the provision of specialised functional and operational legal support to municipalities; Facilitate assessment investigations relating to corruption, fraud and maladministration; Initiate, coordinate and manage section 139 interventions including discretionary and/ or mandatory interventions; Strategic Management (including change management); People Management; Financial Management.
