Requirements

Three-year qualification in Public Administration, Social Science or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 (NQF level and credits). 6 years’ experience in Service Delivery services of which 3 years should be at Assistant Director level. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Local Government Prescripts; PFMA; LRA and PSA. Planning and organizing; Management and leadership; People management; Financial management; Computer and Interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the coordination of Thuntsha- Lerole Service Delivery programmes. Manage the functionality assessment of DDM structures. Manage Frontline Monitoring & Support Interventions. Manage Occupational Health & Safety. Manage Risk. Manage resolutions of service delivery complaints.
