Requirements

NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA. Qualification/s in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Telecommunication Engineering / Electronic Engineering will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Information Technology / Computer Sciences or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities: Knowledge of network design, network security and troubleshooting. Knowledge of network protocols and Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS and OSPF and BGP). Knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all network and communication system operations. Monitor network performance and security using advance tools. Ensure reliable connectivity across all departmental sites (LAN/WAN/WIFI). Oversee backup, data recovery and all recovery procedures. Maintain ICT documentation. Ensure compliances with ITC security standard and data protection policies.
