National Diploma/Degree in Management Services/ Organisational Development/ Operations Management/ Production Management/ Industrial and Organisational Psychology or relevant qualification. Certificate in Job Evaluation analysis from National School of Government is mandatory. 3-5 experience in a comparable environment. Knowledge of Work Study techniques. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: People management, presentation, report writing, financial management, problem solving and rational decision making, planning and organizing, facilitation, and time management skills. Knowledge of compensate evaluate system. Policy analysis and interpretation, good communication, 37 analytical and conceptual skills. Job analysis. Group dynamics. Key Responsibilities

Conduct work-study investigation and feasibility studies related to service delivery improvements. Facilitate the development and scrutinize the compilation of job descriptions and Job profiling. Conduct job evaluation. Develop and review the organisational structure. Develop and facilitate the alignment of the post establishment with the approved organizational structure. Facilitate change management processes. Management of performance information, human resources, finance and assets.
