Requirements

A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Social Sciences/Public Administration/Management or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority SAQA). 3 - 5 years’ experience at supervisory level in the same or related field. Valid Driver’s Licence (Except for people with disabilities). Core And Process Competencies: Strategic Capability and Leadership, People Management and Empowerment, Programme and Project Management, Financial Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Delivery Innovation, Problem Solving and Analysis, Client Orientation and Customer Focus, Communication. Knowledge And Skills: Sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service i.e Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, Public Finance Management Act.
