Requirements

A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Transport Management / Transport Management / Transport Economics / Logistics or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority SAQA). A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the same or related field. Valid driver’s license (except for persons with disabilities). Core And Process Competencies: Computer literacy, problem solving, Interpersonal skills, Time management, Good Communication skills, Professionalism, Accuracy, Independent, Team player and patience. Key Responsibilities

Investigate matters related to illegal public transport operations. Inspect subsidized contract agreement and general permits. Monitor bus timetable and routes. Inspect bus and taxi routes. Monitor scholar transport and animal- drawn carts.
