Requirements

National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification. 1-2 years’ experience in PERSAL. Successfully passed the PERSAL course. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Knowledge regulations, policies and procedures, resolutions and acts. Good communication, excellent planning and organizing skills. Good liaison skills with other role players/clients, report writing, project management, analytical, rational decision making and interpersonal skills. Professionalism and Integrity. Creativity and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Administer the payments exceeding ACB (Automatic Clearing Bureau) limits. Check payments of every supplementary and salary runs on PERSAL. Administer the access security violations on PERSAL. Received Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) reports from National Treasury. Attend to all salary related queries and register System change Control (SCC) on identified system technical discrepancies. Receive salary queries forwarded to the Salary Controller. Attend to all financial transactions awaiting authorization and identify suspicious allowances not applicable. Receive report of transactions awaiting authorization from Salary Controller. Management of performance information, human resources, finance and assets.
