Relevant Degree/National Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics. 1- 2 years relevant experience. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, 1999, Treasury Regulations, GAAP and applicable mandates and legislation. Knowledge of administration of assets. Knowledge of LOGIS system. Knowledge of project management. Analytical, customer relations, problem- solving and communication skills. Interpersonal relations. Customer orientated. Outgoing personality. Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships. Reliable, honesty and working knowledge of MS Office packages.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct annual asset verification and asset disposal. Perform physical asset verification and condition assessment. Administer reconciliation between BAS and LOGIS. Asset depreciation and reconciliation. Perform asset balancing and reconciliation. Ensure implementation of transport, LOGIS and procurement policies. Administration of warehouse, transit and fleet. Management of resources. Management of performance information.
