Requirements
National Senior Certificate, or equivalent. Knowledge: Procurement systems, financial systems, administrative processes. Skills: Communication skills. Computer literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to line functionaries: Provide financial administrative services for the directorate, entailing: Registration of contractors on the BAS system. Capture all payments on BAS. Deal with all financial enquiries. Request reports on BAS. Maintain database of all payments to 278 Contractors, African & Schools. Assist in budget control, including weekly & monthly monitoring.
